1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the bull88 platform on any device or browser, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by bull88.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and bull88 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

The bull88 platform is only available to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement set by law in Malaysia. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on bull88. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the termination of your account. bull88 reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or by others due to your failure to keep your login details secure — is your responsibility. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a bull88 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment and recreational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or exploit the platform without authorisation.
Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
Using another person's account or lending your account to a third party.
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or transactions that violate applicable laws.
Posting offensive, defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
Registering an account on behalf of another individual or entity without valid authorisation.

Bull88 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any breach of these terms, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the bull88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are advised to check the latest limit information in their account before making any transaction.

Bull88 will endeavour to process withdrawals within the timeframe specified for each payment method. However, actual processing times may vary depending on the third-party financial service providers involved. bull88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or digital wallet providers.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain limit. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal request being delayed or rejected. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances defined by the platform's policies.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

The bull88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption, bull88 does not guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, system outages, or temporary unavailability.

Bull88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption.

A user account may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:

Breach of any terms or conditions set out in this document.
Suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or platform abuse.
Requests from competent authorities or as required by law.
Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the applicable policy.
Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the identity verification process.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on bull88's decision following the conclusion of its investigation.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the bull88 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and brand names — is intellectual property protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from bull88.

The bull88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. bull88 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party websites or services, and the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or approval by bull88.

Bull88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
